WebRoute is a very simple tool for orienteering training analysis. Draw your route by first clicking Draw route, and then clicking on the map to describe your route. You may delete the last point or all points using the buttons below the map. After you have finished drawing your route, you must enter your name and comments - and press submit. The route is then saved, and can be viewed by others. View routes of others by clicking Show routes (only available if somebody has drawn their route). See other WebRoutes here.

Anton karlsson 2013-04-25 23:08 | Hard and lot´s of detail make me doing this maybe long route.
Ian Hughes 2011-04-25 12:22 | I would have to take the easiest way in to the control at my current level. So I would make for the scattered trees at the start and follow the light green to the path. Then I think I could get to the knoll beside the path where I would branch off and go across to the marsh then follow it North and cut across after the flat bit. Then follow the longish hillock then a bearing over the re-entrant and in.
Ian Hughes 2011-04-25 12:09 | No comment :-)
Allan Williams 2011-04-21 13:11 | This looks like the safest route to me However I may well opt for a direct route depending on my confidence, previous experience in similar terrain (Day 1 vs Day5), the importance of a result (league points) and my desire to get value for money.
Mike T 2011-04-06 11:17 | Follow marshes, then opt for \"safe\" option along the road. Leave road at last driveway and use marshes to guide myself in. If it goes wrong the road to the northwest should catch me allowing me to relocate and come in from the road bend.
Kelvin 2011-04-05 17:35 | Not sure if it wouldnt be quicker to just blast through on a bearing but used the contours and marshes to navigate to the main path and then run around instead
Stampy 2011-04-05 15:42 | ignoring as much detail as possible other than paths, get out to the road on the west side asap whilst not going too far off line. Attack off the path bend, around the marsh, over the rocky hill and drop on to the knoll

Simen 2009-05-04 15:44 | Short and a little to right, mostly strait on, probably fast terrain and use the compass through the open/white areas. Slow down a bit from the last marches to pick details and go stright in the control!
Lard 2009-05-04 14:54 | Make life simple
Rene 2009-05-04 14:36 | Straight is always fast!
Filip Stevanovic 2009-05-04 13:54 | I haven\ t been running on this type of terrain, but i think the fastest and safest route is just road pass the two partly clean areas and from the stone straight to control...:)
